Important Information for Order Pick-Up

Orders for pick-up must be placed in advance over the phone or online.

We offer limited on-site service at our Seattle, Washington location. A showroom and sales staff are not available. All orders must be placed online or by phone prior to visiting this location for order pick-up.

Order Pick-Up Instructions

• While traveling west on S 146th St., use the first entrance. Order Pick-Up is located on the Southeast corner of the building. Call 877-232-8903 to let us know you have arrived. We will then deliver your tires to your vehicle.

Additional Order Pick-Up Information

• Order pick-up can be completed at the customer’s convenience during normal business hours.
• You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up. In some cases (for example, when a Tire & Wheel Package is purchased or studding/heat cycling/shaving are included in your order), we will contact you via phone to let you know when your order is ready for pick-up.
• The credit card will be charged at time of pick-up.
• Credit card holders must be present and show the credit card used to pay for the order at time of pick-up.
• Additional photo ID is also required.
• Installation services are not available at this location, however, Tire Rack has a national network of thousands of independent Recommended Installers ready to handle your installation needs.
