Important Information for Order Pick-Up

Orders for pick-up must be placed in advance over the phone or online.

We offer limited on-site service at our Miami, Florida location. A showroom and sales staff are not available. All orders must be placed online or by phone prior to visiting this location for order pick-up.

Order Pick-Up Instructions

• When traveling south on Reese Rd. use the first entrance. Order Pick-Up is located on the Southeast corner of the building and call 833-655-1715 to let us know when you have arrived. We will then deliver your tires to your vehicle.

Additional Order Pick-Up Information

• Call 833-655-1715 to let us know you have arrived.
• Order pick-up can be completed at the customer’s convenience during normal business hours.
• You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up. In some cases (for example, when a Tire & Wheel Package is purchased or studding/heat cycling/shaving are included in your order), we will contact you via phone to let you know when your order is ready for pick-up.
• The credit card will be charged at the time of pick-up.
• Credit card holders must be present and show the credit card used to pay for the order at time of pick-up.
• Additional photo ID is also required.
• Installation services are not available at this location, however, Tire Rack has a national network of thousands of independent Recommended Installers ready to handle your installation needs.

Mobile Installation Option

We will bring your new tires to your home or office for convenient tire installation. Choose our mobile tire installation option at checkout to set up an appointment that fits your schedule. If you have already received your tires, call 888-680-2727.
