Document Your Incident

Register your account in the claims portal and follow the instructions to get your incident pre-approved for a replacement or repair.

Replace or Repair Tires

Your pre-approval is valid immediately after documentation through the claims portal, so you can purchase a new tire or repair the damaged one as needed.

Complete Your Claim

Return to the portal with a signed receipt showing the installation date to finalize your claim. A reimbursement check will be mailed to you within 7-10 business days.

From Nail holes to “nailed it”
