Important Information for Order Pick-Up

Orders for pick-up must be placed in advance over the phone or online.

• Call 877-374-8473 or text us at 574-501-3060 to let us know you have arrived.
• Order pick-up can be completed at the customer’s convenience during normal business hours.
• Tire & Wheel Packages can take up to six hours to prepare for pick-up.
• You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up. In some cases (for example, when a Tire & Wheel Package is purchased or studding/heat cycling/shaving are included in your order), we will contact you via phone to let you know when your order is ready for pick-up.
• The credit card will be charged at the time of pick-up.
• Credit card holders must be present and show the credit card used to pay for the order at time of pick-up.
• Additional photo ID is also required.

Additional Order Pick-Up Information

Installation services are an additional charge that is not reflected in the order total displayed on the website.

Please call to schedule an installation appointment prior to arriving. Appointments are available on the hour during our normal business hours. No installation service available for dual rear tire vehicles, RVs, campers, wire wheels, or 19.5" wheels and tires.
