Important Information for Order Pick-Up

Orders for pick-up must be placed in advance over the phone or online.

We offer limited on-site service at our Midway, Georgia location. A showroom and sales staff are not available. All orders must be placed online or by phone prior to visiting this location for order pick-up.

Additional Order Pick-Up Information

• Call 877-232-8675 to let us know you have arrived.
• Order pick-up can be completed at the customer’s convenience during normal business hours.
• You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up. In some cases (for example, when a Tire & Wheel Package is purchased or studding/heat cycling/shaving are included in your order), we will contact you via phone to let you know when your order is ready for pick-up.
• Credit card authorization is required before pick-up and will be processed immediately after order is placed.
• Customer will be contacted once payment is authorized - orders that are completely in stock will be ready for pick-up.
• The credit card will be charged at time of pick-up.
• Credit card holders must be present and show the credit card used to pay for the order at time of pick-up.
• Additional photo ID is also required.
• Cash payments are not accepted at our Georgia location at this time.
• Tire Rack will make a copy of the photo ID and customer will acknowledge receipt of order by signature.
• Installation services are not available at this location, however, Tire Rack has a national network of thousands of independent ready to handle your installation needs.
