How To Redeem:

Before you submit your claim, make sure you have a copy of your original sales receipt, which shows:

  • Customer name
  • Tire product purchased
  • Date the tires were purchased
  • Name and address of the store where the tires were purchased
  • Proof of installation

Submit by mail:

  1. Download Redemption Form
  2. Mail your completed rebate form, along with your original sales receipt, in an envelope to the following address:

NOTE: Submissions must be postmarked or submitted online by 1/31/25. Work orders not accepted. Allow six to eight weeks for Goodyear Visa Prepaid Card/Virtual Card delivery.

Tire Rack will mail a redemption form (also available here) and a copy of your invoice to your billing address within one to two weeks. An invoice will also be shipped with your order. (Website order placed page and order/shipment confirmation emails not accepted.)
