  1. An electronic copy of your invoice/sales receipt/order confirmation. The image must clearly show the Vredestein tires purchased, the rim size of the Vredestein tires purchased, and the date of purchase plus the invoice number.
  2. Your dealer information
  3. Date of purchase
  4. An email address, this will be used to communicate claim updates to you.
