Disc Brakes Australia (DBA) is an Australian-owned manufacturer of disc brake rotors and brake drums and is Australia’s market leader in replacement disc rotors for passenger, four-wheel drive and light commercial vehicles. Their QS9000- and ISO9001-certified manufacturing plant is located in Silverwater (Sydney, Australia).

Their specially designed, modular machining capabilities allow for niche manufacturing expertise and flexibility while an in-house foundry enables quick response to market demands. Equally important to the company’s disciplined manufacturing framework is their on going monitoring of customer satisfaction and industry benchmarks, as well as their research into innovative products, equipment and technologies.

For example, one of the recent technologies incorporated into the production of DBA rotors is their newly patented "Kangaroo Paw" ventilation system. Developed in-house and rigorously tested, the "Kangaroo Paw" design pumps more air through the rotor for better cooling and provides greater strength across the disc to minimize distortion.

DBA’s involvement doesn’t end after the product is boxed and shipped. Company field representatives work closely with both the end user and their suppliers by providing technical support and encouraging feedback for continuous product improvement.
