The PIAA Si-Tech (Silicone Technology) Flat Wiper Blade is an all-season, durable wiper blade that incorporates PIAA's patented silicone rubber. The key to the PIAA Si-Tech's performance is its frameless design that creates more pressure points across the entire length of the blade for streak-free wiping and greatly reduced ice and snow build-up.

The wiper design and blade compound ensure even greater visibility by coating the windshield with silicone to promote continuous water beading in inclement weather. Water beads up into droplets at low speeds that are easily removed by ordinary wiping. And at higher speeds, wind pressure pushes the water off the windshield, often without even requiring wiper use. The silicone coating also reduces drag and eliminates annoying and inefficient chattering and squeaking, regardless of the shape of the windshield, to provide greater comfort for both driver and passenger. And the best part: the PIAA Si-Tech Flat Wiper Blades reapply the silicone coating every time the wipers are used.

PIAA wiper blades maintain a sharp, clean edge and offer better resistance to all climates (heat, ozone, ultra-violet) - clearly outperforming the industry standard rubber blade.

In order to accommodate a wide range of wiper attachment methods, the PIAA Si-Tech wiper comes complete with two wiper arm adapters. Simply select the correct adapter for your vehicle and attach as shown.

2012 Fusion 2nd car that I have purchased these wipers for and I have been totally satisfied with the wiper performance. I use them year round even in the frigid Canadian winters. When I purchased this vehicle I removed the original wipers and I trashed them there is no comparison to the PIAA. The only problem is with Tire Rack and there shipping cost. Shipping cost us more than the wipers c'mon tire rack wise up slip them in the mail.

I put a set of these on my wife's BMW, and they've been terrific. For my SUV, I've been using the current set of blades for about a year now - I live in California, so they don't get that much use. They've held up well well in terms of not streaking, but the driver side makes a horrible squealing noise that doesn't go away regardless of how hard it may rain.

Both the driver's and passenger's side wipers worked great for about 2 weeks. The passenger side is still working great over a month after installation. However, the driver's side has a 4" path that eludes the wiper. Not sure why this is happening but it sure is frustrating.
