I ordered these wheels for my 2010 boat trailer. It came from the factory with 14" galvanized steel wheels. My boat puts the trailer very close to its maximum payload, so the C rated tires that were on it were right at their limits. After a severe blowout last year I decided I wanted to move up to D or E rated tires. There just are not many options in the 14" tire size. I found these wheels as part of a package and ordered Goodyear Endurance E rated tires (225/75R15) with them. They showed up at my house 3 days later mounted and balanced, and the center caps were free. I installed them this past weekend and the difference is mind blowing. They look awesome. They fill out the wheel wells very well, but have plenty of room still. The old tires used to squat like beach balls at the max of 50 PSI, but the new tires on the new wheels don't squat at all with 85 psi. The only thing I did not expect was they were a little difficult to put on because the well the lug nut has to go in is super narrow. Don't think for one second you will get a 4-way or a regular socket to work on these wheels. I ordered thin walled sockets with a protective sleeve, and I had to remove the sleeve to get the socket to fit in the well. I had to constantly move the wheel around so it had the exact same clearance in each lug well. It was difficult in a controlled environment in my driveway, and I imagine it would be even harder on the side of the road. Regardless of this, I love them and am very happy with the huge improvement. they look better, and they are much more capable for my situation.
