    I am completely satisfied with the purchase of these rims. The look, fit, and quality of the rims are top-notch. I’m even more impressed with the customer service that I received from Jennifer Lara. When I was asked in a previous survey about the wheel purchase, I informed them that the factory lugs did not work with these wheels as stated in your advertisement, and so I had to purchase a different set of wheel. Jennifer quickly reached out to me and apologize for the inconvenience, and informed me that she would be reimbursing me for that purchase of the Lugnuts. I was not expecting that whatsoever and the fact that Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase has made me a rack for life.
