    I purchased these rims for my winter tires so although appearance was not a huge factor these were nice wheels at a good price. I was a bit concerned about ordering these online so I called Tire Rack customer service to confirm they would fit my vehicle. They clarified the significance of the offset and after double checking with Subaru, I was able to choose the rim that would provide the correct fit.
    I had the rims shipped directly to my Subaru dealer so they could be setup and installed while the car was in for an oil change. Tire Rack called to confirm whether any special instructions would need to be included for the receiving department at Subaru to ensure the wheels got to me. That was an extra effort on their part that I appreciated.
    In summary, I am happy with the pricing and selection provided by Tire Rack, but the customer service is a big reason I will return for future purchases.
