    Customer service (Ozzy) was great. Ordered a replacement wheel/tire on a Saturday, was contacted within 24 hours stating that the wheel was back ordered and 3 weeks out, then was contacted the next Tuesday that they were mounting up... showed up at my house on Wednesday. 5 Days from order to installing it on my vehicle.

    Similar experience when I ordered the wheel/tire set in October... the whole set showed up in about a week, despite expecting it to take 2 or 3 weeks.

    Would (and have) recommended Tire Rack to a friend.
