    The wheels sadly arrived with the wrong size hub rings. I called Tirerack and they were able to send the correct size. After that the wheels were done and so far have been great.

    I am completely thrilled with my tire and wheel package purchase with Tire Rack! The information offered on the website and their customer service representatives are incredible. I wanted to buy the best winter tires for my Mercedes and I was able to learn and research everything under the sun about winter tires on their incredible website. I placed my order for the selected wheels and tires at 3 P.M. and just a little over four hours later I was notified that my tires had been mounted and balanced to the wheels that I had selected and shipped via UPS just four hours later! I live in the back country of Montana and we never expect this kind of incredible service. I was informed that my tire and wheel package would be delivered in just a few days and by gosh they were delivered exactly when they were promised! I am blown away by this awesome buying experience and I will always come here first when it's time to buy tires. Great job Tire Rack, I'm a customer for life!
