    Fabulous wheel, both in design and quality. Shaved 17 pounds a wheel off car weight from stock Honda wheels. Much crisper handling and acceleration.

    When the original tires on my 2017 Golf wore out, I decided it was time for a wheel upgrade as well as new tires. The car came with 16" VW alloy rims (seen these referred to as OW69992 / AFW69992). The 17" Enkei Tuning TFR wheels were an upgrade on multiple fronts. They are lighter than the stock rims by 11 lbs, so I dropped 44 pounds of unsprung weight. The shorter sidewall and wider contact patch also improved traction considerably. The car is more planted on the road, accelerates better from a stop, and has more immediate steering feel. Ride quality and road noise are about the same as before. I'm happy with the Enkeis' aesthetics too: they look sharp and sophisticated without drawing too much attention. Even got a compliment from my boss!

    Just did the first tire rotation since upgrading and haven't had any problems with the rims so far. I expect to keep them for the life of the car.
