The first test of 2024 is an EV-focused test on the Tesla Model 3. EV-specific tires have been growing in popularity as EVs continue to grow in market share. The question is, though, are they worth it? What else might drivers give up for low rolling resistance in the quest for increased battery life?
We tested nine tires, ranging from EV and non-EV specific and from the Grand Touring All-Season, Ultra High Performance All-Season, and Max Performance Summer categories.
