Utilizing a long-life, chip and tear-resistant all-season compound, the Transforce HT3 is molded into a symmetric tread pattern with closely spaced independent blocks for versatility on rough roads, and a profile optimized to resist uneven wear. Wide, circumferential grooves and full-depth lateral slots help evacuate water and reduce hydroplaning. Zig zag siping delivers the biting edges needed for traction in slippery conditions while also maintaining tread block stability for confident control in all seasons.
The internal construction of the Transforce HT3 includes a twin polyester body casing for dependable steering response and two steel belts providing reliability at highway speeds with the strength necessary to handle heavy loads. A reinforcing nylon cap ply further enhances stability at high speeds.
