Upload Receipt from TireRack.com: During the Redemption Period, all consumers that made Qualifying Purchases must visit TireRackGoodyearPromo.com and: (i) provide his/her email address; and (ii) complete all required fields on the registration page including, but not limited to, providing his/her full first and full last name, email address, phone number, street address (no P.O. Boxes acceptable), city, state and zip code. Participant must then continue on to follow the instructions posted to upload a photograph of his/her Qualifying Purchase receipt and then submit that Qualifying Purchase receipt. Promotion registration and Qualifying Receipt upload must be made by 11:59 PM EST on November 30, 2019. The photograph file must be in .JPEG, .JPG or GIF format and the digital size of the photograph must not exceed 8MB. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the consumer. All other costs and expenses associated with Premium are solely customer’s responsibility. Sponsor reserves the right to modify and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time during the Promotion for clarification purposes. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
