When you purchase a set of four qualifying light truck/SUV Continental tires you may be eligible to receive a $110 Visa® Prepaid Card by mail-in rebate. Offer valid on tires purchased from Tire Rack's in-stock inventory between 12:00 a.m. EDT July 1, 2023 and 11:59 p.m. EDT August 31, 2023.

Online submissions are processed faster. Only complete the mail-in form below if you are not submitting online. Rebate form must include a valid email address and current, residential street address of the purchaser only.

Go to www.continentaltire-rebates.com to enter your claim online by 9/30/2023. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Limit two Continental Tire Visa Prepaid Cards per person, household, email or address. Retain copies of submitted materials, as they will not be returned. Redemption form must include a valid email address and current, residential street address of the purchaser only.

Valid only with qualified purchase made in the 50 United States, D.C., or Puerto Rico including APO/FPO addresses between July 1, 2023 and August 31, 2023 or while supplies last. Card valid for up to 6 months; unused funds will forfeit after the valid thru date. Card terms and conditions apply. Not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, illegible, mutilated, or postage due to mail or inability to connect to the website. Any taxes, fees or costs, including but not limited to installation, are sole responsibility of the recipient. Allow 8-12 weeks for fulfillment.
