Suspension kit - one (1) UPC symbol required. Individual shocks/struts - four (4) UPC submissions required.
Tire Rack will mail a redemption form (also available here) and a copy of your invoice to your billing address within 1-2 weeks. You will need to complete this form and submit it, along with your invoice (website order placed page and order/shipment confirmation emails not accepted) and the original UPC/barcode cut off from each product packaging (NEW purchases only). An invoice will also be shipped with your order.
