I used the DBA 4000 T3 and Hawk Blue 9012 for HPDE track only use set up. This Brake pad is to aggressive for street use and will chew up the rotors due to not having enough heat in them for DD. My HPDE skills had started to exceed the limits of the Hawk HP Plus pads I use to run so I stepped up to the Blues. No fade on hot days and hard driving and the wear was good to.
The DBA rotors with kangaroo paws are great because they are non-directional and wear good to, plus they didn t seem to be wanting to heat crack like the cheaper rotors I ve used.
I would reinstall my Hawk ceramic pads with these rotors for DD with no issues.

I bought these Hawk Blues for HPDE use only. I switched from Hawk HP+ to Blue because the car and my HPDE driving skills were getting close to fading the Hawk HP+ s on very hot Track days with 30 minute run sessions.
The hawk blues worked great for HPDE use and lasted longer than the HP+. These results are with Brake duct cooling and 300 Wear rating tires. The CONS are they re noisy and chew up the rotors when cold and driven on the street.
