Founded in 1983 in Fresno, California, Belltech was based on an idea to build the best performing lowering kits for Chevrolet pickup trucks. That idea led to the drop spindle that launched the sport truck craze in America. Lowered coil springs, hanger kits and flip kits followed.
Soon after, Ford, Dodge, and import truck owners were in on the look and products for this market were added to their lineup. Today, Belltech runs a 75,000 square foot operation at their headquarters in Clovis, California with space for engineering and R&D. The product offering includes options for GM Silverado/Colorado, GMC Sierra/Canyon and the Ford F150.
In 2005, Belltech and its sister company, Suspension Techniques joined the KW team and continues to grow in product development and technology.
